What is the difference between Counselling and Psychotherapy?
* Counseling deals with day to day issues of normal people like stress, anger, anxiety, fears, abuse, mild depression, trauma…. Psychotherapy deals with more serious problems like severe depression and other mental illness with/without psychiatric assistance.
