Admission procedure for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) Courses:
IIPR is hosting an offline and online admission process for your convenience.
- 1. Application Form Submission:
- • Application forms can be bought (in person) from the college office or can be
downloaded from
www.iipr.in the required details should be filled
completely by the candidate in clear and bold letters in the application form.

- • Eligible students can submit the duly filled in application forms along with
photocopies of supporting
documents and application processing fee (Details
of the processing fee given below)

Mode of Application Processing Fee payment:

• Application Processing Fee can be paid by way of Cash /DD drawn in favour
of 'Indian Institute of
Psychology and Research' or ‘IIPR’ (Name of the
applicant and course applied for should be written behind the DD) and can be
submitted along with the Application Form. OR for online payment use the
Payment gateway by clicking the below links-

For UG Applications: Attach self-attested copies of - 10th Mark sheet, 11th
Mark sheet (Report Card), 12th Mark sheet (if available), Conduct Certificate,
Any Government Photo ID (Aadhar, Driving License, Passport, PAN, etc) for
verification. (recommended ID proof Aadhar)

• For PG Applications: Attach self-attested copies of - 10th Mark sheet,12th
Mark sheet, Degree Mark sheets (semesters available as on date), Degree
Certificate/ Provisional Degree Certificate(if available), Conduct Certificate,
Government Photo ID (Aadhar, Driving License, Passport, PAN, etc) for
verification. (recommended ID proof Aadhar)
- • If the Application is incomplete or incorrect, the application will be rejected.
2. Interview Process:

Receipt of applications will be acknowledged by an email to the
candidate/parent. |
• |
After scrutinizing the applications, applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will
be notified regarding the dates for Personal Interview/Online Interview. The
office of admissions will correspond with the candidate in this regard over
email. |

An interview is used to assess the candidate's subject knowledge, aptitude,
communication skills, attitude, and overall suitability to the course.

All original documents need to be produced for verification at the time of
Personal Interview. Online candidates are required to complete the document
verification process at the time of admission (if selected).

Candidates who have opted for an Online Interview will be notified with the
guidelines for the same.
|

Candidates who have applied for the PG course will first appear for an
Entrance exam and then attend the personal interview.
|
|
Entrance exam (only for PG applicants):
Postgraduate applicants will have objective type exam, it will cover general
awareness and the papers that are generally part of all undergraduate
courses- General Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Abnormal
Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Health
Psychology, Research Methods and Statistics in Psychology.

3. Admission Process:

Candidates selected for admission will be intimated within 2 working days after the personal/online
interview with further guidelines to complete the admission process along with the course fee details..

Selected candidates have to pay the stipulated Course Fee (fee for two-
semester/one academic year) within 4 working days and submit all the original
documents to confirm the admission

Fee paid receipt and acknowledgment of document submission will be issued
by the office of admissions on completion of the admission process.
|
• |
All admissions are subjected to approval from Bengaluru City University
(BCU). Hence candidates' original documents will be submitted to authorities
concerned at BCU for the admission approval process. On completion of the approval, the original documents will be returned to the candidates by the end
of the first semester.

Waitlisted candidates will be given admission if any seat falls vacant or
against cancellation only. The update in this regard will be given by the Office
of Admissions IIPR.

Payment of course-fees can be made by Cash/DD/Online Transfer.
|
- 4. Original Document required to complete the final admission process:
- i Original Marks Sheets of all qualifying exams to be submitted
- ii Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate from the university
conferring the degree (for PG
applicants)
- iii Conduct certificate from the institute last attended.
- iv Transfer certificate.
- v Migration certificate.
- vi Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)
- vii Income Certificate (if applicable)
- viii Copy of Passport and Visa (Foreign Nationals)
- xi Letter from the concerned embassy office (Foreign Nationals)
- x Indian passport size photographs - 4 numbers.
(Do not send any original documents with the application; all the above mentioned
original documents are required at the final admission process).
Note: The decision of the Admission Committee is final and binding in all
matters related to the admission process and selection.
