World Mental Health Day Outreach Programme

The World Mental Health Day is observed every year on the 10th of October. On 11th October 2017, Wednesday, students of IIPR under the supervision of faculty visited various centers of underprivileged and social support to spread the awareness and importance of ?Mental Health in the Workplace", where they conducted various programmes and engaged the audience in an interaction sessions and cultural programmes. Students from Indian Institute of Psychology and Research (IIPR) Bangalore, visited various places such as St.Augustine Old Age, Bethany Special School, Vidyaranya (Senior Citizen) Organization, Makkala Jeevodaya Orphanage and OM Ashram Trust. This outreach programme brought immense exposure to our students and enabled them to understand the need of creating mental health to the larger public.
