Industrial Visit - The Times Of India printing press and Innovative film City

On February 9, 2017, Journalism students of IIPR paid a visit to the Times of India printing press, Bommasandra. The visit intended to know the process of newspaper printing which is part of their syllabus. Press visit helped them to have the live inspection of how and what kind of technology is being used in this modern times. Press staffer Mr Kiran gave a demo on how the printing work taking place in TOI press. Mr John Kurian, Associate General Manager, delivered the concluding remarks which helped students get the complete overview of Printing media. Overall it was a good learning experience for the students.
