Programs Offered:

● BA in English Major – A comprehensive program delving into British, American, Indian, and postcolonial literature, supported by supplemental practical modules such as language lab and literary workshops. The subject also has a practical component delving into Linguistics, Phonetics, Stylistics, Discourse Analysis, Business Writing, Copy Writing etc, giving students a unique application-based approach to the study of language and linguistic study

● Optional English – Literature-focused subject offered alongside other majors, enabling students to deepen their understanding of diverse literary traditions.

● General English – Designed to enhance comprehension, communication, and language proficiency, this foundational course includes listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills integral to all UG disciplines.

● Additional English – Offered as an alternative second language over four semesters, aimed at strengthening communicative and academic English for students who opt out of other regional language options.
