Admission Cancellation Policy
IIPR follows strict admission cancellation rules in line with
UGC regulation F.No. 6-1(7)/2006 (CPP-I)
When Admission May Be Cancelled
- If admission is not approved by Bengaluru City University (BCU) – fees refunded with deductions.
- If a student submits fake/forged documents or fails to submit required originals – admission stands cancelled with no refund.
- After commencement, if a student violates college rules, has poor attendance, or loses eligibility – admission may be cancelled with no fee reimbursement.
Post commencement of the course if any student is found violating/disregarding the rules and regulations of the college, loses eligibility to move on to subsequent semester owing shortage of attendance etc., such students & admission will be cancelled at the discretion of the Principal and NO fee reimbursement will be made.

Procedure For Cancelling Admission:
- Submit a written request to the Admissions Office stating reasons for cancellation.
- If authorizing someone else, provide an authorization letter in prescribed format.
- Fill out the admission cancellation form (issued by office).
- Submit: Original fee paid receipt | Document submission receipt | Any documents received from college.
- Collect acknowledgement of request.
- Admissions Office will notify the date for collecting original documents & refund (if applicable).
- Refund will be processed via account payee cheque or online transfer.
