IIPR is a specialized institution offering Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctoral programmes in Psychology and Social Sciences and is affiliated with Bengaluru City University (BCU). Managed by the Order of Friars Minor (OFM), the institution is located within the serene campus of St. Anthony's Friary on Hosur Main Road, Bengaluru. She served as a member of the Syndicate of Bengaluru City University (BCU), the highest decision-making body of the university, following her tenure as a member of the University's Academic Council.

She has been associated with several reputed institutions including Mount Carmel College, Jyoti Nivas College, Presidency College, BMS College, MLA College, St. Philomena's College Mysuru, St. Agnes College Mangalore, and various universities and academic bodies across Karnataka.

Recognized for her academic expertise and leadership, Dr. Elizabeth Jasmine was selected as part of a prestigious Indian academic delegation representing Karnataka. As a member of this delegation, she visited the University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom, to study global best practices in higher education and participate in academic and research collaborations on behalf of affiliated colleges under Bengaluru City University.
